5280 Promotions LLC., a Denver based concert promotions company has announced the start of a new festival to showcase bands and artists who choose a positive message with their music. The event will take place over 4 days utilizing world class venues in Downtown Denver including The Pepsi Center, Universal Lending Pavilion and Six Flags.

“It is a great honor to bring artists from both mainstream and Christian music together to give youth positive entertainment” said Andrew Turner President of 5280 Promotions. “We are looking forward to an amazing 4 days of music in the Mile High City”.

The HoiPolloi Music Festival is a four-day extravaganza bringing the hottest bands to Denver, and will serve as a source of uplifting, positive influence for today’s youth. The 3 days at the Pepsi Center will be smoke-free and alcohol-free. Instead of worrying about trash talk, crude language and negative influences, parents will be assured that their teenager is in a safe, uplifting environment.

This festival utilizes three state of the art facilities literally across the parking lot from each other in downtown Denver, CO. Geographically alone, that makes HoiPolloi a one-of-a-kind festival. Combine this with the best bands, indoor production and participants donating items to charity, and you have Denver’s hardest rocking party making a positive impact on its participants and community.

The event will feature many different styles of music and should have something for everyone. Mark your calendars August 5th thru the 8th 2004 as this is one show you don’t want to miss.

HoiPolloi fills a festival void in the Rocky Mountain West—there is only one event remotely like it within 1000 miles in any direction--Midland, TX. Other similar festivals are held in CA, OR, WA, IL, WI, MN, KY, NC, FL and PA.

4th ANNUAL PRESIDENTS’ DAY BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL
A reminder for the one-day indoor festival to be held Saturday, February 14, noon till
9 PM, at the Analy High School Theater in Sebastopol. Analy HS is at 6950 Analy Ave one block off CA 116 north. Headlining this event is Rhonda Vincent & the Rage (played Grass Valley in 2002 & 2003), along with Kathy Kallick/Nina Gerber, and five other California bands.
